We highly encourage our clients to trust and give as much creative freedom as possible for the best outcome!
We will always call/text the recipient before we deliver any flowers. In the event that we are not able talk to the recipient the flowers will be left by the door, near the house or infront of property gate in a safe place we feel is the best for the flowers . We will notify customer or recipient by contact method provided of flower delivery/drop off.
The Blooming Gem is not responsible for the flowers after delivery.
It is customer’s responsibility to check if the right order was delivered if ordered as gift to somebody else. You can also ask for the pictures before delivery – notify us that you want photos when you make an order.
If you are picking up the flowers, it is customer’s responsibility to check the order. If you take the order and leave it means, you automatically agree with order. If somebody else is picking up for you – please inform them what order he\she should get or request photo in advance before pick up. The Blooming Gem is not responsible for the order after it has been picked up by customer.
It is customer’s responsibility to provide correct address and delivery date . If the wrong address or wrong date was provided by the customer and flowers have been delivered, it will not be the reason for return or refund.
If customer has not provided desired delivered date, we will reach out and ask for it via contact information provided with the order. If we receive no response from the customer, we will deliver the order on the next business day, if delivery was paid. Pick up will be available for 2 days. If customer has not arrived to pick up the order, we will not refund or change order as your order was complete by then.
If you add the wrong address we will bring product back to our location and customer/recipient pickup will be required. If you still want it delivered additional delivery fee will have to be processed before delivery. Please make sure you add the correct shipping/delivery address.

We only deliver within a 12 mile radius of 165 Willie Ct. Canyon Lake, TX. 78133. Please verify that the recipients address is within the 12 mile radius.
Any orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be cancelled and refunded (minus the 3% transaction fee). For same day delivery, be sure you place your order by 11 am Mon-Fri.
