Substitutions
Our photos may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which can be be replicated.
Although the bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement due to flower availability. Care is always taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
Please note in the florist instructions if certain design elements are important to your order. We will do our best to provide your desired request.
Delivery Guidelines:
We only deliver within a 12 mile radius of 165 Willie Ct. Canyon Lake, TX. 78133. Please verify that the recipients address is within the 12 mile radius.
Any orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be cancelled and refunded (minus the 3% transaction fee). For same day delivery, be sure you place your order by 11 am Mon-Fri.
